Q: How can I change the Athlete.
A: Click on a discipline, then select the crown symbol on the right top, then click on the flame icon in the lower left to filter between athletes.
Q: How do I switch languages?Â
A: Switch languages in settings after clicking on the ENG button. We currently support 8 languages.
Q: How can I recover my lost access to a game account?Â
A: Every case and situation is different, so if your account is lost, please contact our support team. acsupport@rrh.gs
Q: Can I switch accounts from ios to android and vice versa?Â
A: Yes, after linking your Red Riding Hood ID, you can play on several devices, and your progress will be synced across them.
Q: I bought a SEASON PASS. I've completed all 35 levels and have zero bonus in the money bank. When will it be filled and when can I collect it?
A: After completing task 35, every 20 stars earned will add 250 coins to the Money bank up to 10,000 coins. You can get this reward at the end of the season.
Q: Why didn't I get trophies in some disciplines?
A: Keep in mind that each discipline has a set starting value from which you’ll start earning trophies. You can check this value on the Milestone page, where you can also collect additional rewards for reaching new PB.
Q: Why didn't I unlock the discipline in the Stadium even though I got the required number of trophies?
A: To unlock the discipline, 2 conditions must be met. The first is to get a sufficient amount of trophies and the second is to play the previously unlocked discipline 2 times. If the discipline has not been unlocked, you can see the 1/2 icon in the stadium, where it symbolizes which discipline you still need to play to unlock it.
Q: Is Athletics Championship PvP?
A: Yes. This is asynchronous PvP where you play against other players' times in real time in minigames, but in Daily Challenge, World Tour, etc. you compete with real players to see who will have better results. There are no bot results in the ladders.
Q: I don't know how to play some disciplines. Can you help me?
